My desk actually is starting to look like normal. Unfortunately the hideous wallpaper is here to stay for now. But I'm getting better at tuning it out.
And, no... those are not tiny bodies in my thread bins. They are small porcelain dolls from my childhood.

Hang in there it can't be this way forever, it just seems that way. Before you know it you will be all unpacked and all settled in, or at least that's what you need to keep telling yourself!
Can't wait to meet for our next ODACT meeting, wallpaper doesn't look so bad in your pic! but am happy you love your new place!
Getting things unpacked feels soooo good, doesn't it.
