Lucky,Me!!

I am so lucky! Sandi from Portabellopixie gave her fabric scraps to people who had good ways of using them, and she chose me! Oh, I wish I had my camera (R.I.P.) to show these beautiful, fun scraps! I love them, they are all useful to me. I am already planning new elephants and other animals that I can use them on. Thanks so much Sandi!

Sofite Swap: Adopted!

I got my softie from the softie swap from Karla. It is so sweet! A baby soft green bunny with the cutest knotted whiskers. She was almost immediately adopted by my daughter, so cute, it was impossible for her to resist. I didn't have the heart to argue, and I did retain visitation rights. Thanks so much Karla! And also thank you to Claire for having the softie swap in the first place, it was so fun!

Below is the little elephant that I sent to Karla in the swap. I had so much fun making her that I decided to make more of them! Now I am making them with their ears matching my kids clothes outfits I am working on. I love elephants!
